About Yoga with Martina

Welcome to my yoga page. This page is for you if you want to bring more yoga into your everyday life because you have noticed that it helps to reduce tension and stress and because it simply makes you happier.

I am Martina.

I discovered yoga for myself in 2007, during a difficult personal phase shaped by burnout and depression.

I tried out many different styles of yoga, but only in Yin Yoga I really felt I was at home. Together with my Yoga Nidra practice (a wonderful form of meditation and self-enquiry), I found inner balance and calm – and that as type A personality!

I would like to share this wonderful practice with you.

I studied yoga in different styles, which helped me to get a holistic picture, I also studied psychology (Bachelor’s degree) and TCM and I am currently in a yoga therapy training.

My mission is to help people overcome anxiety and depression, develop more resilience and serenity, build new energy and find more joy in life.

Especially in today’s world, which is characterized by stress, anxiety and excessive demands, it is important to find inner balance, an anchor for difficult times.

I would like to support you in this.

My focus is primarily on mental and emotional balance, the nervous system and psychosomatics. I work with various tools from yoga, Qigong, energy work (shamanic and Reiki), breathwork, mental training and meditation.

I could list all my trainings here (which I have done before 😊), but this is primarily about how I can support YOU. Just this much: I completed my first 500h yoga training between 2015-2018, in the meantime I have over 2000 hours of yoga training under my belt, including 800 hours of Yin Yoga, various Yoga Nidra trainings, 300h Qigong, relaxation training and much more.

When I’m not on the mat, I like to spend my time outdoors, preferably in the mountains. I am a passionate trail runner and love the outdoors. I love learning new things (even if I sometimes pack my schedule a bit full ;-)). My credo: You never stop learning!
